*The former is downstream speed while the later is upstream speed.

Terms & Conditions:

1. "We" or "us" means PCCW IMS LIMITED. "Incentive Item" means the "Compaq Evo Desktop D300v (257461-AC1)".
   
   
2. To be eligible for any of the promotional plans (each a "Promotional Plan"), the subscriber must not be a currently registered subscriber of PCCW IMS Limited's Business Broadband Internet Access Service.
   
   
3. We will supply the broadband internet access service to the subscriber on the terms set out in the Promotional Plans, only if the Plan is accepted by the subscriber by April 30, 2002 and the broadband internet access service installation is completed on or before May 31, 2002. If installation cannot be made on or before May 31, 2002, the broadband internet access will not be offered at promotional rates but normal rates.
   
   
4. The subscriber must commit to a minimum 12 months contract period or a minimum 18 months contract period (depending on which Promotional Plan is accepted by the subscriber) ("Minimum Contract Period"). If the subscriber terminates the service before the expiry of the Minimum Contract Period, the subscriber must pay us the broadband installation fee set out in the table above, the monthly service fee for each month for the remainder of the Minimum Contract Period, and, if the subscriber accepts the Promotional Plan under which an Incentive Item was provided, $3,000.
   
   
5. The Incentive Items will be provided to subscribers on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
6. We do not warrant the Incentive Item to be free from defect and any warranty relating to the Incentive Item may only be provided by the supplier of the Incentive Item, PCCW-HKT Business Services Limited ("PCCW-HKT").
   
   
7. Each eligible subscriber is entitled to ONE Incentive Item and shall pay a deposit of $1,500 when placing the order for the Incentive Item. The subscriber shall pay the balance of $2,388 for the offer price of the Incentive Item by the due date specified in the first invoice.
   
   
8. In the event that the subscriber fails to make full payment of the offer price of $3,888 for the Incentive Item, the subscriber shall return the Incentive Item immediately to PCCW-HKT upon demand.
   
   
9. PCCW-HKT will deliver and install the Incentive Item at the installation address provided by the eligible subscriber 2 weeks after the subscriber makes payment of the deposit of $1,500 referred to in Point 7 above.
   
   
10. We reserve the right to withdraw the Promotional Plans or adjust all fees and charges at any time without prior notice.
    
    
11. At the time that the subscriber accepts any Promotional Plan, the subscriber must agree to our standard terms and conditions relating to the broadband internet access service.
    
    
12. The downstream speed is up to 1.5Mbps or 3Mbps and the upstream speed is up to 512Kbps.
    
    
13. PCCW Business Broadband Internet Service is only available in designated commercial areas.
    
    
14. A copy of valid Business Registration Certificate must be attached with the application of service.
    
    
15. All fees required for the offers are payable in advance and non-refundable.
    
    
16. All equipment, including router and / or modem, must be returned to PCCW IMS Limited upon service termination. The customer should be responsible for the costs of the equipment if it is damaged, not returned or lost.
    
    
17. Netvigator 56K Dial Up account is not included in this package.
    
    
18. In case of changing the company name, the customer has to sign a new contract and in this case the customer may not be given the offers mentioned above.
    
    
19. After the contract expires, normal rates will apply.
